CATERING at whalers

From smaller, more intimate gatherings starting at 40 guests to large scale events up to 115 guests, Whalers will ensure that your special event will create lasting memories for years to come. The restaurant sits on the water where guests can enjoy beautiful views of the Great South Bay.

Our newly renovated restaurant boasts a gorgeous second floor dining room with tall ceilings, exposed beams and twinkle lights hanging throughout. It is a neutral space where you can decorate as little or as much as you would like. The sunroom is a portion of our second floor which is perfect for smaller gatherings for up to 50 guests. The downstairs dining room is also available for bookings for up to 60 guests during certain parts of the season. We host everything from baby and bridal showers to corporate events, retirements parties and weddings. We pride ourselves on our service and delicious food which will definitely have you booking events with us again in the future!

Pricing at Whalers is based on food and beverage minimum spends which vary depending on the room, size of party, time of day and season. Package prices vary however all food and beverage spend apply towards meeting the minimum.  Our minimum spends do not include 20% gratuity, 5% administrative fee and 8.625% NYS sales tax. Please note all menu selections are subject to seasonality and availability.
