CATERING at whalers
Whalers opened its doors in October 2017 in Bay Shore, NY. From gatherings starting at 50 guests to large scale events up to 110 guests, Whalers will ensure that your special event will create lasting memories for years to come. The restaurant sits on the water where guests can enjoy beautiful views of the Great South Bay.
Our newly renovated restaurant boasts a gorgeous second floor dining room with tall ceilings, exposed beams and twinkle lights hanging throughout. It is a neutral space where you can decorate as little or as much as you would like. We host everything from baby and bridal showers to corporate events, retirements parties and small weddings. We pride ourselves on our service and delicious food which will definitely have you booking events with us again in the future!
Pricing at Whalers is based on food and beverage minimum spends which vary depending on the date, time of day and season. Package prices vary however all food and beverage spend apply towards meeting the minimum. Our minimum spends do not include 20% administrative fee and 8.75% NYS sales tax. Please note all menu selections are subject to seasonality and availability.

30 Guests or Less? Please fill out a general inquiry here. We are happy to book you a reservation in our dining room. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance if available.
